What will you do?
• Responsible for managing and executing the SIOP process at the BU business level for mid- & long-term planning.
• Understand business objectives and align with Network SIOP leaders to address demand & supply risks.
• Lead Shortage Taskforce for global Red Alerts and ensure efficient inventory management.
• Run SIOP Business Executive Meetings and manage Network SIOP Leader and Supply/Demand Planners.
• Evaluate SIOP maturity and contribute to the SIOP community.
• Maximize leverage on End-to-End digital platforms for business value.
• Monitor supply chain performance and optimize supply chain flow.
• Develop key competencies and drive results through collaboration and innovation.
What qualifications will make you successful?
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics management, business administration, industrial engineering, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• Master's of Supply Chain Management (MSCM), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), or with a focus on the areas of operations and supply chain is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in SIOP, Supply Chain design, Demand planning, Supply planning, and Inventory replenishment.
• Experience with data analysis, interpretation & problem solving and mathematics & statistics
• Excellent leadership and influence skills
• SAP experience preferred.
• Experience as a Supply Chain Manager preferred
• Certifications and Training: Relevant professional certifications such as the Certified Supply Chain Professional certification, Lean expert related certification or 6 sigma GB/BB (accredited) preferred.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $136,000 - $204,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.
