For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $112,000.00-$168,000.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Leads the deployment of the Alliance partner program, including (but not limited to):
- Program guide development
- Supports in the selection of Alliance partners and development of Joint Growth Plan Agreements (JGPA)
- Involvement in the End-to-End Digital experience for Alliance Partners
- Global awareness of current programs to support for JPGAs, CoFunds, Training and Opportunities process for best practice sharing.
- Detailed business performance analysis (IAD vs Generalist, by Region, by Offer, vs main Competitors ….) and leading quarterly reviews to drive action within the channel team
- Planning & Execution of development actions for IADs in region as per yearly defined initiatives (Digital, Advisors, Training, etc..)
- Supports the conversion and eventual onboarding of new Distributors
- Helps to define the Alliance specialist training requirements in collaboration with the industrial training organization and supports tracking completions with associated teams
- Leads the Motion and Robotics Specialization Badge Program to further develop industrial channel partners through specialization
- Builds and follows action plans to develop and grow IA Business in the form of special projects through Distribution channel in alignment with local channel & sales teams
- Builds C level relationships with influential IAD partners
- Animates experience/best practices sharing amongst key stakeholders
- Attends and supports execution of important industrial events throughout the year (IMF, Hunter’s Club, Automation University) and is a key person to help lead the industrial specialization message to our partners.
- Manage co-fund process: Help secure funding for distributor co-fund resources and track progress made with these investments
- Serve as an advocate for anything needed by the country for the Alliance IAD program
- Understands IAD country needs and bring these needs back to global contacts to help on execution. This includes tools, processes and additional programs needed
- Self-sufficient to gather insights for business reviews and strategy refinement
- Engaged in the Industrial Automation Distribution transformation within the assigned territory and supports the IA Distribution strategy aligning with global footprint
- Collaborates with the Industrial Automation Channel Leader, Region Channel Directors, and Key Account Managers to support/challenge/nurture Key Accounts within assigned territory

- Industry Distribution growth within assigned territory (USA)
- Deployment of Alliance Industrial Automation Distributor program (speed, quality, and efficiency)
- Alliance Industrial Automation Distributors performance & growth within assigned territory
Qualifications:
- High level of strategy development skills
- Strong knowledge of distribution partners
- Results orientated, intellectually curious, creative and highly self-motivated
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Accustomed to fast-changing, complex, and ambiguous environments
- Solid understanding of Industrial markets
- Digital Mindset with desired knowledge in platforms and e-commerce.
- Structured, organized individual who is capable of successfully handling multiple tasks
- Team Player - Passionate and dynamic professional with the energy and ability to obtain alignment and work effectively across teams and functions
- Team Builder - Experience with coaching and collaborative team-oriented leadership style
- Ability to travel up to 30% to support customer facing functions
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales, Marketing and/or Segment Strategy
