For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $156,000 - $234,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What will you do?
This Building Automation account representative position is responsible for expanding the engagement and business with key National Strategic Account Customers and driving new business within specific end user accounts. This will require working with sales, estimating, operations and service teams to develop and deliver service proposals and total system solutions. The individual will work under the direct supervision of National Strategic Account Service management.
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. The position will require the individual to travel 50% of the time. The individual will collaborate with our local Branches, EcoXpert Partners, as well as other Schneider Electric business units. It will require weekly interaction with sales management to identify opportunities related to Building Automation and Security services and to coordinate the necessary sales strategy for success in closing new business.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to calling on end users and other members of the value chain, working with the appropriate internal teams to produce BMS & Security service solutions, taking responsibility for the pricing and commercial engagement, and proposal writing and delivery.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop existing and new BMS & Security service agreement opportunities which lead to bookings.
- Lead engagement with key end users to establish relationships, uncover new opportunities, and establish the Schneider BMS & Security service offers within the account.
- Responsible for selling integrated solutions (that bring together both hardware and software products) to achieve revenue/sales targets.
- Prepare and manage a comprehensive response to Requests for Pricing (RFPs)
- Establish key relationships within the customer’s business.
- Follow the established sales process for Digital Buildings.
- Make sales presentations directly to customers to deliver value-add ideas.
- Maintain and renew existing account agreements.
