What do you get to do in this position?
- Be responsible for all technical subjects all along the circuit protection offer (product) life cycle:
- Lead Technical Specification and contribute to all System Engineering activities.
- Study the technical feasibility and define the sizing of the technical efforts (including the technical “stories” & debts) to achieve sprints and deliverables to business.
- Define product design choices and manage definition file drive Technical Risk.
- Lead technical activities according shared team backlog prioritization from the PO
- Ensure a Robustness & Reliable Design with 3rd party compliance such as UL, CSA, NOM, IEC
- Support Design For Test/Manufacturing/Assembly Approach; IP, Eco Design design part of the offer.
- Verify the Product (simulations / Prototypes all along Product life cycle) according to the maturity level
- Commit to get the product technical Validation according to customer requirements.
- Support manufacturing & Industrialization (Design For Test/Manufacturing/Assembly; technical antenna included).
- Support Customer Case & technical expertise, root cause analysis, design of experiments in collaboration with the associated chapter.

Required Skills
- Technical design problem solving
- Preferred six sigma black belt
- Preferred background experience in circuit protection devices or similar
- Critical thinking and thought leader towards accelerated issue resolution
Education
- BS in Mechanical Engineering
- Preferred MS in Mechanical Engineering
- Six sigma green belt
- Preferred Six sigma black belt
