Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team. This position will play a pivotal role in our company’s executive leadership, financial operations, business operations and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, manage, and optimize company financial processes, controls, accounting, and budgets.
- Develop and implement a robust forecasting process. Monitor and analyze financial performance, initiate corrective actions, and minimize the impact of variances.
- Design, implement, and oversee various operational business processes.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
- Collaborate with other business stakeholders and leadership team to strategize ways to minimize financial risk.
- Report to the company CEO as well as the group CEO with timely and accurate financial information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master’s degree or CPA is preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role & industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to strategize and solve problems.
- Proven ability to drive transformation and change.
