We are seeking an experienced consultative sales engineer to be part of our Business Development team and drive revenue growth for the company. Candidate is expected to be selfmotivated individual with a proven track record of sales success and experience in the consultancy industry.
The principal responsibilities essentially include:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead of industry changes and identify new opportunities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies
- Conduct market research and mapping of new markets for promoting SgurrEnergy’s different services and business areas.
- Follow-ups and negotiate to conclude contracts with customers.
- Actively identify, arrange and manage branding campaigns such as exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, etc.
- Co-ordination with media and public relations, Conduct regular feedback campaign with existing clients.
- Should actively participate in ISO and IMS compliances.
Requirements
- Should have experience in domestic and international market preferably from renewable / solar energy sector or consultative services selling (design and engineering services/ ESO).
- Experience in client management and client relationship.
- Enthusiastic and dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills with ability to work individually and within a team.
- Ability to understand the requirements of the clients and their expectations and offering solutions (consultative selling).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of French language will be a plus.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands on experience on reputed Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Willingness to travel and stay as per requirement abroad.
