JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate records. This role is crucial for ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage the entire payroll process, including data entry, processing, and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee information, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Collaborate with HR to manage employee benefits, deductions, and leave of absence processes.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports and tax filings on time.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any issues promptly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in payroll management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems
- Familiarity with federal and state payroll regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Annual Salary: $75,000-100,000 based on experience
