What will you do?
- Develop a deep understanding of regional business processes and identify optimization and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between regional stakeholders and global process owners to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Utilize regional processes knowledge to define a global standard aligned with industry best practices.
- Drive the implementation of global best practices and standards within regional operations.
- Support plant master data transformation and engage with the TITAN Transformation program to ensure technical solutions reflect global standard business processes.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Proficiency in using process mapping software and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Quality tools and process optimization methodologies.
- Excellent communicator with stakeholder management abilities.
- Understanding of regional business dynamics and cultural nuances.
