JD:
1. Moderation for senior-level project/program management for a team that has multiple critical DoE projects, not only VWATD but also PowerCo SZ Technical Engineering Depart Parment’s request.
2. Coordinate prioritization and categorization from all the DoE request with production schedule
3. Track DoE schedule and weekly status, budget, quality issue.
4. Raw materials coordination with following requested DoE and planning.
5. Data mining and create meaningful delta based on MES from each machine.
6. Executive summary for EPS meeting with documentation
7. Project meeting steering and weekly reporting material management
8. Meeting Coordination (Local) Oversee the development of the project and ensure critical OPLs monitoring.
9. Daily Monitoring of Plant Progress (facility, Non-BSI, BSI, installation, etc)
10. Project management for General Facility / Non-BSI, Construction topic
11. Coordinating among each contractor, machine supplier, EHS team for any issue to noise down with pre-alignment
12. Sensing any potential risk one after another by construction and machine installation schedule.
13. Professional analysis skill set to identify root-cause for any troubles for facility issues.
14. Inspecting buildings’ facility to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
15. Passionately articulate goals and team principles to help form a stimulating and fun work environment and culture.
16. Supporting Battery Validation center construction, Equipment Planning / scheduling
17. Track project costs and drive cost management improvement
18. Build milestones with process engineering team with alignment based on change request.
19. Follow up RFI, RFQ and execution with stakeholders.
20. Coordinating with stakeholders for task flow and creating guidelines to avoid any confliction for project and task proceeding.
