Responsibilities:
1.Safety at work

3.KPI and routine work: production & maintenance
- Plan and implement systems that perform the work and fulfill the mission and the goals of the department efficiently and effectively.
- Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet departmental KPIs.
- Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
- Make business decisions that are accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organization policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor the operation of the department. Such as OEE/scrap cost monthly report after equipment hand over.
- Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations and goal accomplishment.
- Lead QRK and foreman to summarize the quality problem and reduce the scrap cost and risk with TQ department.
- Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicate organization information through section meetings,
- Lead section team to solve deviation in production process according to standard, identify the reason and define the countermeasure, Escalate when necessary.
- Dealing with the interface problem with the other departments
- Supplier management for 3rd party support
- Perform planned and preventive maintenance
- Timely problem solving of equipment stoppage
- Spare parts management
4.Staff training and qualification
- Supervise the foreman to train new employees to meet the qualification matrix;
- Develop foreman training plan;
- Cultivate everyone's enthusiasm for learning ;
- Competence transfer to new project
5.Audit after SOP:
- Conduct the regular audit activity and document the problem, improve the findings;
- Organize audit activities with auditors;
6. Overall budget planning and controlling for production and equipment maintenance activities
7. Production preparation during project phase: production material purchasing and management, foreman room, blue collar rest room build, blue collar hiring, working instruction creation…
8.Creat, verify, improve and standardize new standards for battery plant in production and maintenance area and ensure knowledge transfer to new project
Qualifications:
1.Necessary education:Bachelor / master degree in automotive/engineering/project management major
2.Personal skills:
- Familiar with battery cell manufacturing processes, technology, and crafts of common battery types.
- Knowledge of project management and familiar with new product introduction project of battery cell.
- Well know battery performance, safety, and other aspects.
- Experienced in battery cell new production line set up.
- Familiar with battery quality management systems.
- Familiar with battery cell quality requirement with production release, product release and audit.
- Proficient in battery cell production planning / scheduling and problem analysis / resolution.
- Knowledge of production system implementation.
- Experienced with daily KPI tracking to reaching target by continuous improvement.
- Experienced in team set up.
- Clear and logical communication skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
- Leadership to drive team and people development
3.Working experience (in years):
- 15+ years of production management experience in manufacture industry.
- 10+ years with production management experience in battery cell industry.
- 5+ cross-function / internationally working experience is preferred.
4.Language skills:Chinese, Proficient English and German would be an advantage
5.IT knowledge:Office application software
