Responsibilities:
1.Safety at work
•Responsible for health and safety of the workforce.

2.Staff management

•Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the operating unit in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.

3.KPI and routine work: maintenance
•Plan and implement systems that perform the work and fulfill the mission and the goals of the department efficiently and effectively.
•Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet departmental KPIs.
•Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
•Make business decisions that are accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organization policies and procedures.
•Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations and goal accomplishment.
•Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicate organization information through section meetings.
•Dealing with the interface problem with the other departments.
•Ensure planned and preventive maintenance.
•Ensure timely problem solving of equipment stoppage.
•Spare parts management.
4.Staff training and qualification
•Supervise the foreman to train new employees to meet the qualification matrix.
•Develop training plan.
•Cultivate everyone's enthusiasm for learning.
•Competence transfer to new project.
5.Audit after SOP:
•Conduct the regular audit activity and document the problem, improve the findings.
•Organize audit activities with auditors.
6. Overall budget planning and controlling for equipment maintenance activities.
7. Maintenance preparation during project phase: maintenance material purchasing and management, foreman room, blue collar rest room build, blue collar hiring, TPM creation…
8.Creat, verify, improve, and standardize new standards for battery plant in maintenance area and ensure knowledge transfer to new project.
Qualifications:
1.Necessary education: Bachelor / master’s degree in automotive /engineering major
2.Personal skills:
Strong leadership to drive team and people development.
Proficient in equipment management in battery cell industry would be preferred.
With a thorough understanding of the maintenance requirements and technical characteristics of manufacturing equipment.
Familiar with the structure, principles, and maintenance techniques of different kinds of manufacturing equipment, experienced in vendor management and equipment entry audit.
Proficient in equipment fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
Familiar with equipment maintenance procedures, understanding of equipment improvement and optimization methods.
Experienced in battery cell new production line set up would be preferred..
Experienced with daily KPI tracking to reaching target by continuous improvement.
Experienced in team set up.
Knowledge of project management.
Clear and logical communication skills. Strategic and analytical thinking.
3.Working experience (in years):
15+ years of maintenance management experience in manufacture industry.
Maintenance management experience in battery cell industry would be preferred.
5+ cross-function / internationally working experience is preferred.
4.Language skills:
Chinese, Proficient English. Good at German would be an advantage.
5.IT knowledge: Office application software.
