We are looking for Lead HMI & SCADA Systems Engineer to join our dynamic and skilled team, based in Noida, India. Systems designed by GE Grid Solutions are utilized at electrical substations globally. In this position, you will be reporting to Engineering Manager and indirectly to Project Managers. As a cyber security focused project engineer, you take an active role in the creation and maintenance of SCADA system based on requirements of customers from different regions. In addition, you will be responsible for designing SCADA systems, preparing specifications and configurations for our products and solutions, and integrating communicating systems to our products.

Key Individual Accountabilities:
- Develop and establish cyber security processes
- Participate in technical negotiations with end customers and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with other cyber security specialists in GE units around the world
- Produce high quality documents and specifications
- Support equipment sourcing (technical inputs, equipment evaluation)
- Contribute sales and R&D activities
- Design, configure and develop HMI & SCADA applications
- Perform Cyber Security & SCADA system validation and factory acceptance test (FAT).
- Support SCADA system engineering tasks including but not limited to SCADA systems database configurations, upgrades / modifications, communication network configurations, firewall & cyber security configurations and testing the control system configuration on mirror platforms
- Plan, Specify, Organize and participate testing in laboratory and at site
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 8+ years of Experience with Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering
- Strong Knowledge in substation communication protocols (eg. IEC61850, DNP3, IEC60870-5-104/101).
- Good Knowledge of HMIs and SCADA Gateways and understanding of their concepts.
- Knowledge of Network Security / Hardening, Whitelisting and Cybersecurity best practices.
- Knowledge in network management protocols like SNMP.
- Fluent written and oral skills in English; Finnish and other languages are benefit
- Ability to travel
