We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic AI Services Project Manager to join our team. This role is critical in delivering high value Data and tailored AI Enabled Services to our customers with strong governance and execution methodology and process. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities
The Artificial Intelligence Services Implementation Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the deployment of AI solutions for our clients. This role requires a blend of project management skills, technical knowledge in AI and machine learning, and exceptional client communication abilities. The ideal candidate will ensure successful project execution from inception to completion, meeting both company standards and client expectations.
1. **Project Planning and Management:**
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
2. **Client Engagement:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to update on project status and address any concerns.
- Ensure client requirements are thoroughly understood and incorporated into the project plan.
3. **Technical Implementation:**
- Oversee the deployment and integration of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and technical specifications.
- Work closely with technical teams (data scientists, engineers, etc.) to ensure smooth implementation.
- Identify and mitigate any technical risks or issues that arise during the project.
4. **Quality Assurance:**
- Monitor the quality of deliverables and ensure they meet company standards.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Implement continuous improvement practices based on project learnings and client feedback.
5. **Team Leadership:**
- Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to achieve project objectives.
- Provide performance feedback and support professional development of team members.
6. **Reporting and Documentation:**
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk management logs, and post-project evaluations.
- Report on project progress, metrics, and outcomes to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years focused on AI or technology implementations.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and related technologies.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-faceted projects with successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI platforms and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI offerings.
- Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
