Ensure compliance with all environmental laws, rules, and regulations (Haryana State Pollution Control Board norms, CPCB guidelines, etc.).
• Monitor air, water, and noise pollution levels in the plant.
• Manage waste management system including hazardous waste, solid waste, and scrap disposal.
• Maintain records related to environmental compliance and statutory reporting.
• Coordinate with Pollution Control Board for inspections, audits, and renewals.
• Ensure proper operation of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).
• Conduct environmental risk assessments and suggest corrective actions.
• Promote energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure safe storage and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials.
• Conduct environmental awareness training for employees.
• Support internal and external environmental audits (ISO 14001 if applicable).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual environmental compliance reports.
• Ensure adherence to emergency response procedures for environmental incidents (spill control, leakage, etc.)
