Summary
You will serve as a Design and Construction Manager, Division Manager in the Associate Director, Park Planning, Facilities, and Lands (PPFL) aka Infrastructure directorate of the National Park Service (NPS). You will develop and implement procedures to accomplish the NPS Construction program and serve as subject matter expert on design and construction issues.
Major Duties
Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following: Provides administrative and technical supervision to subordinate staff, and directs a workforce representing many different professional, administrative and technical occupations. Recruits and hires subordinate staff members in line with merit staffing procedures and equal employment opportunity guidelines. Delivers major construction projects. Develops and implements programmatic guidance, policy and oversight of the NPS Construction Program.
