With focus on our onshore service business in Belgium, we are looking for a Finance Project Manager (CPM) to join the Siemens Gamesa team based in Kontich (Antwerp). You will be responsible for the financial and commercial management of running service projects and wind farms entering the service phase, in close collaboration with the project managers.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Managing the project financials over the life of the contract including but not limited to monthly results reporting, monthly forecasting and annual budgets in line with business reporting deadlines.
Responsible for monthly revenue recognition and contractual invoicing.
Supports the Project Manager in managing and optimizing targeted financial results with due professional care.
Have full responsibility for all commercial/finance-related matters, including but not limited to handling accounting, legal, tax, procurement, claims, guarantees,....
Ensures accurate methodology for identifying, evaluating, assessing risks & opportunities and mitigation activities.
You ensure compliance with IFRS15, local GAAP requirements, reporting guidelines, and internal controls for audit purposes.
Managing customer requirements in relation to contractual scope and resolution of commercial issues.
Account receivables & payables management.
What You Bring
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent by experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, controlling or accounting position.
Well-founded knowledge in the area of project controlling and project reporting including corresponding standards and processes.
Good command of MS Office and SAP.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Dutch, English and French (both written and spoken).
Flexible to adapt to different working methods and the international environment
Customer, result and quality orientation and motivation, as well as personal initiative.
