Coordinates all Service operations and delivery activities and controls the execution. Implements rules and regulations and leads Service operations and delivery teams of professionals.

Responsible for day to day offshore operations reporting to the local Site Manager. The role will involve both technical and nontechnical activities and can require both on and off-shore working. Technician and Customer management will play an integral part of the day to day role so leadership and communication skills are vital. Accountable for providing technical, safety and leadership competence at a local level the role will support windfarm availability whilst executing planned maintenance. To plan, coordinate and support field personnel in conducting the safe and profitable servicing and maintenance of wind turbine equipment, in line with planned maintenance requirements, including providing parts and consumables.
