Are you the link that makes a difference in wind energy in terms of safety, efficiency, and sustainability? As a Technical Work Planner, you play a crucial role in achieving safety KPIs and minimizing production loss at our Hollands Kust Zuid wind farm.

What will you do?
As a Technical Work Planner, you play an important supportive role for management and maintenance teams, focusing on achieving essential KPIs related to safety, efficiency, and optimized execution of maintenance tasks.
You will assist in creating and maintaining a detailed long, medium, and short-term plan that extends to execution. In this role, you will advise site management on both risks and opportunities.
Key responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and closing work orders (via the SAP maintenance system) and allocating resources to ensure safe and efficient execution. You are also responsible for keeping access restrictions up-to-date for the entire wind farm and drafting & managing work permits to safely carry out tasks within the wind farm.
Additionally, you will report maintenance periods to the broader organization via our reporting system.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and manage operational plans for the long, medium, and short term, including offshore activities;
- Draft and review work permits;
- Prepare the complete work package for technicians with all necessary information for the tasks to be performed;
- Maintain the "visual planning board" with daily weather and production tracking. Keep performance boards always up-to-date;
- Effectively manage, plan, and communicate with ships for smooth interaction;
- Strategically bundle work where needed to reduce productivity loss;
- Conduct resource management to support the site, including demand forecasting throughout the year;
- Suggest smart ways to balance manpower and tasks;
- Model and identify planning risks and opportunities for the integrated site plan. Make recommendations to site management, especially on days with challenging weather and intense production;
- Be responsible for input into our production forecasting system;
- Collect, review, and upload reports from contractors/third parties on-site. Engage technical support from the project specialist and technical coordinator when needed.

Qualifications
Who are you?
You’ll quickly feel comfortable in this role if you bring:
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields such as logistics, supply chain management, engineering, business administration, maritime studies, or similar disciplines;
- An intrinsic interest and affinity with technology, maritime affairs, wind energy, and/or energy transition, which you wish to explore and develop further.
Additionally, important personal skills and competencies include:
- Strong organizational skills to ensure efficient technical planning;
- Affinity with work permits, work method statements, and risk analyses;
- Skills for understanding logistical data;
- Communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders;
- Proactive; you look beyond tomorrow;
- Excellent written and oral proficiency in Dutch and English.
