Qualifications we ask for
- Bachelor or Master
- Excellent communication skills in the English language, both verbally and in writing
- Sales experience minimum 1 year and dedicated to continue in a Sales career
- Recruitment experience is plus
- Knowledge of a second (native) language like Dutch, French, German, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, is a big advantage
- Living in the Amsterdam area
Key responsibilities
- Set up and strategically run your ‘own’ business within CGS (if needed we will teach you, there is always room to grow)
- Research the market you will be in (Power / Biofuels / Carbon / Data & Analytics)
- Doing 360 headhunting; from sourcing to placement
- New business development to create your client portfolio
- Pro-actively advise clients and manage relationships with hiring managers
- Business optimization to create Key Accounts
- Guiding your candidates through the entire application process with a client

About the position
At CGS you will have the opportunity to learn everything about the Renewable Energy market. You will be onboarded by our People Team, Supervisor and your Buddy and receive extensive training and guidance in order to set you up for success as a 360 head-hunter.
