This time, we are hiring a motivated and experienced project controller, who will have the future potential to lead the controlling function of our EPC division.

Job description
As the team leader of Project Controlling team (with a potential to become a manager), you would be expected to perform and lead the following functions:
1. Financial project planning for EPC, as well as forecasting & analysis for all EPC related business activities with related departments resulted from sale to gross margin.
2. Corporate cash flow forecasting
3. Treasury work, such as cash-in/out transactions and various banking facility work (loan, commitment line, FX hedging, guarantees etc.)
4. Team management & development (currently 5 team members).
5. Bank relations

Requirements
Essential requirements
- Business level English and Japanese language skills
- At least 5 years working experience in each of the following:
1. Accounting work within construction/engineering industries
2. Project management
3. Financial planning and analysis
4. Treasury-related work
Additional welcome requirements
- Accounting related qualification is not mandatory, but would be beneficial.
