Responsibilities:
• Plan and supervise the implementation of utility scale PV plants
• Define project budget and implementation schedule
• Ensure projects are executed within time and project budget
• Coordinate with H&S manager safety rules regulatory compliance
• Support actively Team Leader and Legal Department during EPC contract and subcontracts negotiations
• Coordinate with Site Manager the project execution ensuring a project delivery in compliance with Company quality standards
• Define with Purchasing & Logistic Department and Engineering Department the procurement plan and track ongoing procurement and delivery to the site of supplied equipment
• Manage contractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure all project deliverables are met to the satisfaction of the client
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in utility scale PV plants
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of safety rules and regulatory compliance
• Experience in negotiating EPC contracts and subcontracts
• Familiarity with procurement and logistics processes
• Ability to manage contractors and vendors effectively.
