General Description:
The position would be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent management strategies and OD initiatives aligned with the organization's goals.
Detailed Description:
* Talent Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a robust talent management strategy that supports the organization's objectives. Conduct workforce planning and analysis to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them. Partner with business leaders to identify critical talent needs and develop talent pipelines.
* Talent Development:
Design and implement comprehensive talent development programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and career pathing. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization. Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
* Performance Management:
Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent calibration. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management best practices.
* Employee Engagement:
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement action plans to address employee engagement challenges.
* Succession Planning:
Develop and implement a robust succession planning process to identify and develop high-potential talent for critical roles. Create development plans for identified successors. Ensure continuity of leadership by building a strong talent bench.
* Diversity & Inclusion:
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization. Develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop a diverse workforce. Foster an inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued and respected.
* Organizational Development:
Lead organizational change initiatives to support business growth and transformation. Design and implement leadership development programs to build a strong talent pipeline. Foster a high-performance culture through employee engagement and development initiatives. Conduct organizational effectiveness assessments and implement improvement plans.
* Learning & Development:
Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development requirements. Design and develop innovative learning programs, including classroom training, e-learning, and blended learning solutions. Deliver engaging and impactful training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs to ensure ROI. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in learning and development.
Requirements
* Masters Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management or related field.
* Bachelors Degree in Engineering
* Strong understanding of the renewable energy industry and its talent landscape.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees at all levels.
* Upto 15 years of experience
* Might require some travelling
