RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with client decision makers, identify leads, and contribute to the development of proposals that turn into client engagements, with a focus on petrochemicals and renewables
- Manage client engagements and maintain quality control, budget and schedule of deliverables, with demonstrated excellence, with a focus on petrochemicals and renewables
- Work closely with clients, prepare, and deliver presentations, and assist in building strong client relationships
- Exceed client expectations of quality
- Liaise with the Project Executive on the quality of analysis, strategic input etc.
- Provide supervision and support to other team members as appropriate and assist in training and development activities
Skills & Requirements
- Significant experience within the petrochemical and/or renewable industries, consulting experience is a plus
- Specific experience selling and/or delivering technical/consulting services
- Excellent presentation and report writing skills
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
Personal Qualities
- Positive and flexible attitude to work particularly on new initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Diplomatic in meeting and working with people, good cultural awareness
- Understanding and commitment to equal opportunities
- Flexible and willing to work extra hours as necessary to accommodate busy work loads
- Willingness to travel
