What You'll Do:
🟣 Manage and direct large revenue projects while maintaining the company's reputation for quality
🟣 Negotiate fair, profitable project cost and design with owners, engineers, and general contractors
🟣 Perform design calculations and prepare equipment/material specifications leading to construction documents
🟣 Coordinate the work of general contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and designers to meet project requirements
🟣 Monitor project labor and material budgets; support startup, troubleshooting, and punch list closeout
Must-Have Qualifications:
✅ 15+ years of project management experience in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical piping
✅ Well-rounded construction experience in plumbing/piping, sheet metal, prefabrication, and HVAC projects
✅ Experience working with general contractors, owners, and mechanical subcontractors
✅ Understanding of the HVAC commissioning process
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) preferred
