What You'll Do:
🟣 Oversee assigned projects from award through final client acceptance, with full profit/loss
responsibility
🟣 Coordinate scheduling with general contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and designers to meet project timelines
🟣 Manage project labor, subcontracted work, and materials budgets, updating cost forecasts monthly
🟣 Lead commissioning planning and execution, and estimate/manage change orders through approval
🟣 Serve as primary point of contact for owners and general contractors, leading project meetings and communications
Must-Have Qualifications:
✅ 7–10 years of experience in mechanical contracting project management
✅ Experience managing projects in the $8–$12 million range with above-average performance
✅ BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; ability to work without direct supervision
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Project, Excel, Word)
