5. Person Specification (Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience)
5.1: Education Level –
Minimum Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration
5.2: Professional Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain
Management / Finance / Operations management Certified in
Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred
• Certification in supply chain preferred
5.3: Work Experience • Overall experience of 8 years or more managing inventory for
an FMCG company.
Experience in dairy products will be
preferred
• Strong understanding of the Middle East culture
5.4: Job Specific Skills • Intimate knowledge of key cost drivers
• Experience with WMS is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
• Expertise in directing, managing and coordinating logistics,
warehouse and transportation activities preferred
