Site Manager (Industrial/ Mining Environment)
Nelspruit/Mbombela, Mpumalanga
R 40 000 - R 45 000 CTC
Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Manager to oversee site operations, safety, personnel, equipment and daily activities within a demanding industrial environment.
Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- 5 Years’ experience in Site Management, Site Supervision, Operations Management or a similar role
- 3 Years’ experience in an industrial, mining, engineering, manufacturing or related environment
- Proven experience managing and supervising teams
- Strong Quality Management experience
- Practical experience working with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Relevant Health and Safety / SHEQ courses or certifications
- Strong knowledge of OHS requirements, risk assessments and site safety procedures
- Experience conducting site inspections, audits and incident investigations
- Experience maintaining safety, quality and operational documentation
- Experience dealing with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams
- Strong reporting and administrative abilities
- Yellow machine experience will be advantageous
- Equipment, maintenance and operational experience will be advantageous
- Valid driver's license plus own reliable vehicle
- Must be a hands-on, practical individual who is comfortable being actively involved in site operations
- Ability to work under pressure and take full ownership of site operations
