Qualification Requirements:
- A candidate with a higher education and at least a 3-year experience can be assigned to the position of Lead Engineer.
- Legislative acts in the field of environmental protection, Governmental Decrees, resolutions, orders of State Authorities, regulatory and other guiding materials on issues related to environmental design and regulation, environmental protection activities, industrial planning, technical development of project production and operational control of production.
- Basics of project production, methods for assessment of effectiveness of decisions made, organization of production planning within the department and Company, procedure for development of production programs and calendar schedules for issuance of design and estimate documentation.
- Basics of labor legislation, occupational health rules and regulations, safety, industrial hygiene and fire protection rules;
- Company Standards on Integrated Management System.
- Lead Engineer shall pass job competence assessment in accordance with the established procedure as well as refreshment trainings as required and in accordance with Company Training Plan.
Dutie:
- Development of time-phased-action plan for project implementation:
- Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of planned operating activity, maximum allowable emissions targets, preparation of calculation part of project documents;
- Development of project reports, performance of dispersion calculations with the use of specialized environmental engineering software.
- Develop projects and defense them in competent and regulatory bodies independently or upon task assignment from Team Lead.
- Development and issuance of end product in accordance with procedures and regulatory documents.
