Motive Workforce is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer for a multi-site advanced manufacturing organization in New Kensington, PA.
This hands-on senior role supports enterprise IT across a multi-site manufacturing environment. The position owns complex technical escalations while leading infrastructure modernization, cloud initiatives, and enterprise technology projects.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex hardware, software, endpoint, identity, and infrastructure issues.
- Lead system migrations, upgrades, new implementations, and modernization projects from design through operational handoff.
- Design and support hybrid environments across Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, VMware, and on-premises infrastructure.
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, MFA, identity governance, and least-privilege access controls.
- Support Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Manage Windows 10 and 11 endpoint environments and Windows Server environments through Server 2022.
- Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificates, virtualization, and hybrid identity.
- Design and support firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, wireless access points, and Fortinet equipment.
- Support cloud and collaboration migrations, including tenant-to-tenant and post-acquisition integrations.
- Implement automation and scripting that improves reliability and reduces manual work.
- Create SOPs, knowledge-base articles, and technical documentation.
- Mentor IT team members and provide clear technical guidance across the organization.
