Execution of mitigation measures as per approved EMP (air, water, noise, soil, ecology, etc.).
2.Half-Yearly Compliance Reports
3.Environmental Monitoring
Continuous or periodic ambient air, water, noise, and soil quality monitoring through MoEF&CC/NABL-approved labs.
4.Watershed and Catchment Area Treatment (CAT) Plan Implementation
5.Biodiversity & Wildlife Conservation Plan
6.Green Belt and Landscape Development
7.Environmental Audits and Inspections
8.Public Consultation and CSR Activities
B. Forest Clearance (FC) Compliance
Objective:
To fulfill all conditions imposed by MoEF&CC while granting Stage-I approval before the project becomes eligible for final (Stage-II) clearance.
1. Identification & Approval of Compensatory Afforestation (CA) Land
2. Preparation and Approval of CA Scheme
3. Transfer and Mutation of CA Land
4. Payment of NPV and Other Levies
5. Forest Rights Act (FRA), 2006 Compliance
6. Geo-Referencing and Boundary Demarcation
7. Tree Enumeration and Felling Estimate
Compliance with Stage-I (In-Principle) conditions for obtaining Stage-II (Final) Approval.

Regular liaison with MoEF&CC Regional Office, State Forest Department, SPCB, and District Authorities.
2.Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain a complete Environmental & Forest Compliance Register with all approvals, reports, receipts, and correspondence.
