Motus Aftermarket Parts is seeking an organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Administrator: Safety & Sustainability to support the Risk Office at Meadowview with the administration, consolidation, and reporting of safety, sustainability, and carbon-related information across the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, validating, consolidating, and analysing safety and sustainability data from branches, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of reporting. The role requires close collaboration with branches and stakeholders to support reporting requirements, maintain accurate records, and contribute to audits, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Essential
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Administration, or a related field.
Required Experience
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in:
- Administrative support and coordination.
- Data consolidation, reporting, and analysis.
- Working with high-volume information and records.
- Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel.
- Billing systems and record management processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain branch contact listings and central registers.
- Ensure effective document control, storage, and retrieval of reporting records.
- Follow up on action items arising from meetings.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Safety & Sustainability Management team.
Branch & Vehicle Events Management
- Monitor and track accidents, incidents, and vehicle-related events.
- Ensure event reporting complies with company policies and procedures.
- Assist branches with the submission of accurate information and supporting documentation.
- Follow up on outstanding reporting queries and event details.
Safety Management
- Consolidate and maintain vehicle-related information, including:
- Mileage readings
- Fuel consumption
- Traffic fines
- Incidents and accidents
- Maintain accurate fleet records and support the integrity of safety-related reporting.
Sustainability & Carbon Footprint Reporting
- Gather, validate, consolidate, and report sustainability information, including:
- Carbon footprint data
- Emissions reporting
- Energy consumption
- Resource consumption
- Upload information to the organisation’s online reporting systems.
- Cross-reference and verify reporting data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Support branches in meeting sustainability reporting requirements and best-practice standards.
Risk Management
- Assist with audit preparation and branch assessments.
- Record assessment findings and support corrective action planning.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate and reliable safety and sustainability records across the organisation.
