ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do…
- Support the vision for what the user experience should be, based on the needs and preferences of employees and the goals of the new plant.
- Conduct research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of employees when it comes to technology.
- Define user personas based on the research conducted, to help understand the different needs and preferences of different groups of employees.
- Develop user stories that describe the ideal user experience for each user persona, based on their needs and preferences.
- Identify design principles that will guide the development of the user interface, ensuring that it is intuitive, easy to use, and consistent across all systems.
- Create wireframes and prototypes of the user interface, to help visualize how the final product will look and feel.
- Lead the end-to-end experience design, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience throughout the entire process.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including employees, management, vendors, and other key parties, to ensure that everyone is on the same page throughout the project.
- Ensure consistency across systems, providing a seamless experience for employees.
- Conduct user testing to ensure that the new technologies meet the needs of employees and are easy to use.
- Provide training and support to employees, to ensure that they are comfortable using the new technologies and that they can maximize the benefits of the new systems.
QualificationsYou'll have...
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR systems support experience with at least one of the required applications: SAP and Oracle
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications
- Good working knowledge of core HR processes

- Prior Labor Relations/Manufacturing experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
