Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with AutoCAD (required) ArcView (desirable)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Business development and office management skills
Interest in becoming Principal in Charge
