Key Responsibilities
- Lead cell development from lab-scale experiments through prototype validation
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments across electrodes, electrolytes, and full cells
- Establish and scale new R&D capabilities, including equipment, workflows, and SOPs
- Translate experimental data into actionable insights and development decisions
Required Technical Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in slurry preparation, electrode casting, and process optimization (doctor blade, slot-die coating)
- Proven experience in cell prototyping, including coin and pouch cells, and systematic component de-risking
- Strong background in electrolyte optimization, including rational formulation design and familiarity with screening, characterization, and testing methodologies
- Expertise in cell data analysis and data aggregation to drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Experience in setting up new development facilities, installing equipment, and defining lab workflows and SOPs
