Lexdan Select is assisting Renewable Energy Business with their search for an Associate Business Intelligence Specialist. Based in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of ERP and Asset Management Systems (AMS) aligned with ISO 55000 standards.
- Manage ERP master data, including inventory, suppliers, equipment structures, maintenance plans, and materials planning data.
- Develop, implement, and improve business processes related to maintenance planning, work order management, materials management, change management, and risk management.
- Create advanced reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to support data-driven decision-making across operational sites.
- Coordinate Asset Management Scorecards and analyze operational performance across renewable energy sites.
- Conduct site audits and ensure compliance with O&M, Supply Chain, and asset management standards and procedures.
- Provide ERP training and support to site teams, including stock-taking and operational process support.
Key Requirements
- BTech or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years' experience developing and implementing business systems, processes, risk management, and asset management frameworks.
- Working knowledge and experience with CMMS/ERP systems used to support business operations.
- Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting skills, including experience with Power BI and process improvement methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Power BI.
- Experience in renewable energy, industrial environments, ISO 55000, asset care planning, or machine learning tools would be advantageous.
