What you´ll do
- Lead the site's environmental
compliance programs, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state,
local, and company environmental requirements.
- Manage environmental permits and
regulatory programs, including hazardous waste, air quality, wastewater,
stormwater, and chemical management.
- Serve as the primary liaison with
regulatory agencies, coordinating inspections, reporting, permit renewals,
and corrective actions.
- Partner with operations,
engineering, maintenance, and leadership to integrate environmental
requirements into manufacturing operations and capital projects.
- Monitor environmental performance,
investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and identify
opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support site sustainability
initiatives by tracking performance metrics, promoting resource
conservation, and driving environmental stewardship.
- Develop and deliver environmental
training that strengthens compliance, awareness, and employee engagement.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's
degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or
a related technical field.
- 3-5+
years of environmental or EHS experience in a manufacturing, industrial,
or chemical processing environment.
- Strong
working knowledge of federal, California, and local environmental
regulations, including hazardous waste RCRA/Title 22), air quality
(BAAQMD), wastewater, stormwater, chemical management, and environmental
permitting, experience interacting with regulatory agencies is highly
desirable.
- Demonstrated
ability to interpret environmental regulations, assess compliance risks,
investigate issues, and implement practical, sustainable solutions in a
manufacturing environment.
- Proven
experience partnering with operations, engineering, maintenance, and
leadership teams to drive compliance, support capital projects, and
influence operational decision-making.
- Excellent communication,
organizational, and project management skills, with experience developing
environmental procedures, conducting training, and leading compliance
initiatives.
- CSP,
CHMM, or other relevant environmental certifications are preferred.

The salary range
for this role is $104,000.00 and $155,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum
and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the
time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible
for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The
Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual
compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills,
experience, education, training, and work location. This posting is intended to
