What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and implement strategies for new carbon insurance products targeting the voluntary and compliance markets, with a particular focus on parametric solutions.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and regulatory requirements that impact the carbon markets.
- Work closely with underwriting, actuarial, and claims teams to ensure the viability and profitability of insurance products.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders in the environmental sectors, regulatory bodies, and the insurance industry to enhance product offerings and ensure compliance.
- Lead a team focused on carbon insurance, nurturing a culture of innovation, efficiency, and growth.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with extensive knowledge of environmental or carbon market products.
