Via is using technology to transform transportation around the world. From changing a single person’s daily commute to reducing humanity’s collective environmental footprint — we’ve got huge goals.

As a Campaign Manager, you'll be a key player in driving Via's growth by developing and executing high-impact demand generation campaigns for our B2B/B2G customers. Your primary focus will be on leveraging email marketing and content syndication to build a strong pipeline for our Sales team. These will include broader email and content partnership campaigns as well as account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, that engage, educate, and convert target accounts. You'll collaborate closely with Design, Content, Product Marketing, and Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Success in this role is measured by the number of qualified opportunities, improved close rates, stakeholder engagement, and increased upsell revenue. We're looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual who combines a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate is audience-focused, able to see the big picture, and possesses exceptional attention to detail in executing email and native advertising campaigns. A blend of creativity and analytical skills is essential. You should have a proven track record in B2B marketing, with ABM experience preferred. While knowledge of SEO, PPC, and paid social is a plus, the core focus of this role is email marketing and content distribution.

This role is based in our New York City office.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and execute Via’s B2B/B2G demand generation strategy – developing and optimizing email and content syndication campaigns that generate and accelerate qualified pipeline for Sales.
  • Be accountable for driving revenue-impacting pipeline – ensuring we reach the right stakeholders at the right time with messaging that converts.
  • Develop and manage account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns – tailoring messaging, content, and offers to engage high-priority accounts and key decision-makers.
  • Optimize paid and organic channels for lead generation and conversion – including LinkedIn, paid search, content syndication, SEO, and strategic partnerships.
  • Work cross-functionally to maximize impact – collaborating with our studio, content, product marketing, and BDR teams to ensure alignment between demand gen, brand storytelling, and sales enablement.
  • Leverage data and insights to refine strategy – analyzing campaign performance, running A/B tests, and continuously optimizing for conversion and ROI.

Who You Are:

  • A strategic thinker who executes – you balance high-level campaign strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring the work gets done with precision and impact.
  • A demand generation powerhouse – with 3+ years of experience in B2B/B2G marketing, you have a deep understanding of demand gen channels, attribution models, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Fluent in the demand gen tech stack – you have experience with marketing automation tools, CRMs, ABM platforms, and analytics dashboards.
  • A data-driven decision-maker – numbers and insights guide your strategy, and you have a track record of optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • An agile, adaptable marketer – you thrive in a fast-moving environment, continuously learning and adjusting based on market dynamics and company goals.
  • A collaborative team player – you know how to work cross-functionally with content, product marketing, and sales teams to drive results.
  • A strong communicator – whether it’s writing compelling campaign copy, presenting data-driven insights, or working with stakeholders, you communicate with clarity and purpose.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable
  • Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
  • We are proud to offer a generous and comprehensive benefits package, including free medical plans and 401K matching.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
