About the role
Great products are built by great processes.
As Process Engineer - Solar Arrays (f/m/d), you will help mature and scale the manufacturing, assembly, integration, and test processes behind Dcubed's Solar Array products. Working closely with Engineering, Production, AIT, and Product Assurance, you will transform existing know-how into robust, repeatable, and scalable processes that support growth without compromising quality or agility.
You will document and improve production workflows, implement quality gates, eliminate bottlenecks, and drive operational excellence across the organization. As Dcubed expands its manufacturing capabilities, you will play a key role in enabling the replication and continuous evolution of our production system.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving practical challenges, improving how teams work, and making a measurable impact on the efficiency, quality, and scalability of hardware that powers ambitious space missions.
