About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Projects, you willbe responsible forleading a team of project professionals to safely deliver a portfolio of sustaining capital and Energy Hub projects. You will foster a collaborative, high-performance culture while providing strong leadership,coachingand development opportunities for your team.
The role oversees the planning and delivery ofa significant proportionof AGL Macquarie's annual sustaining capital program, while also supporting the Hunter Energy Hub development program. Working closely with operational, engineering, commercial and finance stakeholders,you'llensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and aligned to strategic businessobjectives.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a strong culture of safety, collaboration,accountabilityand continuous improvement.
Oversee the planning,governanceand delivery of a portfolio of sustaining capital and strategic development projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget andto requiredstandards.
Drive capital planning, investmentprioritisation, financial performance, portfolioreportingand risk management tomaximisebusiness value.
Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Commercial,Financeand the Hunter Energy Hub to successfully deliver project and businessobjectives.
Demonstrated experience leading complex capital projects and multidisciplinary project teams within power generation, energy, heavy industry, mining,utilitiesor similar environments.
