Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Somerset, are looking for an experienced Area Tenancy Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their Pollution Operations.
Position: Area Tenancy Manager
Rate: £33.78 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 2 Months
Work arrangement: Hybrid
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical/professional lead, monitoring and providing guidance on policy decisions/cases/projects within a specific professional area of focus
- Produce recommendations for service planning, and budgets, using technical knowledge to proactively identify relevant customer, professional or legislative trends that may impact on delivery.
- Engage in delivering related policy/quality or framework services, some of which are complex, providing professional/technical advice and guidance to senior stakeholders, to ensure that high quality service outcomes are achieved for service users.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant subject or be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and skills.
- Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
- At least 1 year experience within a Environmental Health Officer (Pollution Control) or equivalent.
