Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Somerset, are looking for an experienced Area Tenancy Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their Pollution Operations.

Position: Area Tenancy Manager
Rate: £33.78 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 2 Months
Work arrangement: Hybrid

Job Responsibilities:

Act as a technical/professional lead, monitoring and providing guidance on policy decisions/cases/projects within a specific professional area of focus
Produce recommendations for service planning, and budgets, using technical knowledge to proactively identify relevant customer, professional or legislative trends that may impact on delivery.
Engage in delivering related policy/quality or framework services, some of which are complex, providing professional/technical advice and guidance to senior stakeholders, to ensure that high quality service outcomes are achieved for service users.

Job Requirements:

Degree in a relevant subject or be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and skills.
Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
At least 1 year experience within a Environmental Health Officer (Pollution Control) or equivalent.
