About the Role Working alongside qualified electricians and experienced installation teams, you will be responsible for:
- Installing commercial solar mounting systems and support frames
- Installing and securing solar panels
- Assisting with cable management and system installation
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Working on commercial and industrial rooftops
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety
- Following all health and safety procedures
Essential Requirements To be considered for this role, you
must have:
- Previous commercial or residential solar installation experience
- Current Working at Heights certification and harness experience
- Experience working safely on roofs
- Your own hand and power tools
- Experience using drills, impact drivers and other installation tools
- A strong understanding of safe work practices
- Good physical fitness
- Full New Zealand Driver Licence and reliable transport
- The ability to travel to projects throughout Auckland and the Waikato
