3. Scope of Responsibilities
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules. Establish baseline programmes and recovery plans. Monitor engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities. Identify schedule risks and critical path impacts. Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Coordinate schedule interfaces between EPC contractors, OEMs and subcontractors. Support management decision-making through accurate forecasting and progress measurement.
5. Technical Competencies
Advanced Primavera P6 expertise MS Project. Schedule development and maintenance. Critical Path Method (CPM). Resource loading and optimization. Progress measurement systems. Earned Value Management (EVM). Delay analysis. Recovery scheduling. Risk analysis. Look-ahead planning. Construction sequencing. Power BI and advanced Excel reporting. Schedule integration across multi-contract environments.
6. Renewables Industry Experience
Experience coordinating turbine deliveries, foundation construction, WTG erection, electrical collection systems, substations, transmission interfaces and commissioning
activities, PV solar and BESS construction. Understanding of renewables installation sequences and major project milestones is highly desirable.
7. Contractual and Commercial Experience
Strong understanding of EPC contracts, milestones, liquidated damages, extension of time claims, change orders, schedule reporting requirements, progress certification and contractor performance monitoring.
8. Reporting and Project Controls
Prepare weekly progress reports, monthly executive dashboards, KPI tracking, S-curves, manpower histograms, procurement tracking logs, commissioning schedules, milestone registers and forecast analyses. Support management reviews and lender reporting requirements.
9. Health, Safety and Environmental Awareness
Demonstrated commitment to HSE principles. Ability to incorporate HSE constraints into planning activities and ensure construction sequencing supports safe project execution.
11. Geographic Experience
Preference for candidates with experience in international wind farm projects, particularly in the Middle East, Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific. Experience in remote and logistically challenging environments is highly desirable.

Requirements
10. Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
English proficiency B2-C1. Primavera P6 Certification strongly preferred.
PMP and Project Controls certifications considered advantageous, MS project.
4. Minimum Experience Requirements
Minimum 10-15 years of project planning experience. Minimum 5 years in renewable energy projects.
Proven experience on utility-scale wind farms above 400 MW. Experience throughout engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and COD phases.
Previous experience under EPC delivery models is mandatory.
