JobPurpose:
ThePlanningEngineerwillsupportthesuccessfuldeliveryofrenewableenergyprojects (e.g.,wind,solar,hybrid,andstoragesystems)bydevelopingandmaintaining comprehensiveprojectschedules,resourceplans,andprogresstrackingsystems.This roleensuresthatprojectactivitiesareexecutedontime,withinbudget,andincompliance withregulatoryandqualitystandards.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and update detailed project
schedules (Primavera P6 or MS Project)forallphasesofrenewableenergyprojects:development,engineering, procurement,construction,andcommissioning.
- Prepare and manage project work breakdown structures
(WBS), activity coding structures,andcriticalpathanalyses.
- Workcloselywithengineering,procurement,andconstructionteamstointegrate inputsintothemasterschedule.
- Conductscheduleriskanalysisandidentifyscheduleslippage,resourceconstraints, and
recovery plans.
- Support project cost control, including forecasting,
earned value analysis, and varianceanalysis.
- Prepareweeklyandmonthlyprogressreports,dashboards,andperformanceKPIsfor internalandexternalstakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation ofRfP, tender
andcontract schedules andreview contractor schedules
for accuracy and compliance.
- Participateincoordinationmeetingswithteam,contractors,consultants,andlocal authorities.
- Monitor compliance with project
milestones, grid connection deadlines, and permittingtimelines.
- Supportclaimsandchangeorderevaluationsfromaplanninganddelayanalysis perspective.

EducationGExperience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
- Minimum 3–5 years of planning experience in large infrastructure or renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hybrid, or storage).
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project is essential.
- Experience working with EPC contractors, consultants, and utility stakeholders is a strongadvantage.
- Familiarity with renewable energy permitting, interconnection, and regulatory timelines.
