Summary
You will serve as a Lead Recreation Fee Technician Harpers Ferry National Historical Park in the Visitor and Resource Protection Division. First time hires to the Federal government normally start at the step 1 rate.
Major Duties
The major duties of the Lead Recreation Fee Technician position include, but are not limited to the following: Provide current and accurate information and excellent customer service to park visitors. Collect appropriate fees at the park entrance station in accordance with established accountability guidelines for handling government funds. Conduct fee compliance checks for visitor payment. Provide technical and policy direction according to agency fee management. Lead permanent (career-seasonal) and temporary employees on a regular and recurring basis in which the highest subordinate grade level is GS-05.
