ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and monitor company-wide Health and Safety programs, policies, and procedures.,
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations (e.g. ISO 14001 & 45001).
,Maintain documentation and records for audits, inspections, and government authorities,Use EHS management software or portals to record, track, and report safety activities and compliances.Conduct and review risk assessments (HIRA, JSA, etc.) and implement effective control measures.
Review the progress of findings and corrective actions initiated from Inspections, Audits and Incidences.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective/preventive actions
Check and report all incidents (Accident, First-aid and Near Miss) timely, conduct root cause analysis and ensure the implementation of relevant counter measuresSupport Emergency preparedness plans and coordinate drills (fire, spill, medical response, etc.) and maintains records of such drills,
To carry out plant safety inspections in order to observe the physical conditions of work and the work practices and procedures followed by the workers and to render advice on measures to be adopted for reduTo maintain records and disposal of Hazardous Waste/E Waste/Batteries Waste/Bio Medical Waste as per CPCB/SPCB and submit annual returns as required under relevant rules and guidelines.To adhere and implement compliance conditions as per CTO/Fire NOC/HWM.
