GIS Analyst | Remote

Maps tell a story; property lines, easements, pipeline routes, the exact footprint of a project on the ground. We're looking for a GIS Analyst who wants to be the one telling that story accurately, every time.
As part of our GIS team, you'll be the backbone of how Dudley turns raw survey and field data into clean, reliable maps that landmen, managers, and clients actually rely on. You'll build and maintain our GIS data, troubleshoot issues before they become problems, and work closely with teams across the company to keep everyone moving on accurate information. This is a fully remote role, so if you've got the skills, you can bring them from anywhere.
What you'll do
- Create and maintain accurate GIS data and maps that support ROW, land, and energy projects
- Identify and resolve data or mapping issues quickly and independently
- Partner with the GIS team, Managers, Landmen, and Clients to keep projects on track
- Work hands-on with survey data, CAD files, and KMLs
What you bring
- A bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Urban Planning, Computer Science, or Engineering — or a 4-year degree plus a University GIS Certification
- GIS experience in Oil & Gas, ROW, Utilities, or another energy-related industry (preferred)
- Strong command of ArcGIS Desktop, Pro, and Online
- Comfort working across survey data, CAD formats, and KMLs on ROW projects
- Solid data management skills and a working knowledge of database concepts
- Sharp organizational and analytical instincts
- A track record of great customer service; you communicate clearly with people at every level, inside and outside the company
- Strong Excel skills and general Microsoft Office fluency
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Integrity, self-direction, and a genuine passion for the work
