Managing and improving sustainability ratings:
- Coordinate and support ESG rating activities (e.g., EcoVadis, CDP)
- Analyze trends, requirements, and optimization opportunities in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Communicating sustainability internally and externally:
- Develop and implement communication and marketing campaigns in collaboration with departments or GEA divisions
- Design impactful internal formats that make sustainability tangible for more than 18,000 employees worldwide
- Write and manage content for the website and intranet
- Collaborate with internal communication channels such as the intranet, internal news, town halls, and global programs (e.g., trainings, events)
Further developing strategic communication:

Create value propositions aligned with regulatory and market-specific sustainability trends

Translate complex topics into audience-specific formats – visually, textually, and digitally

University degree in marketing, communications, sustainability, business, or a related field

2–3 years of relevant work experience and a strong interest in ESG topics, sustainability ratings, and (B2B) communication

Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style with process-driven thinking

Strong strategic and conceptual thinking with the ability to develop ideas both abstractly and concretely

Strong organizational skills, creativity, and a good sense for storytelling and audience needs

Project management skills and enthusiasm for working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
