Major Duties
Painting interior and exterior surfaces using paint, varnishes, lacquers, sealers and stains. Preparing walls and surfaces for painting, including taping, sanding and scaping to remove old paint, wallpaper and similar. Use of hand and power tools in surface preparation and painting. Utilizing all necessary safety equipment in the performance of assigned duties. Maintain painting equipment, tools and power tools to ensure proper performance, quality outcomes delivered on time.
