Summary
This position is in Region 5, Mission Support Division . About Region 5: Region 5. This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.
Major Duties
You will: Lead program planning and execution to ensure compliant, well-managed programs that meet mission objectives efficiently. Organize program by integrating input from acquisition/assistance, comptroller, IT, and HR functions to efficiently achieve program goals and objectives. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities to oversee work, ensure reasonable equity among units of performance standards, and resolve group grievances and employee complaints for promoting an environment for effective mission accomplishment. Evaluate and control programs, forecasting and reallocating position and fiscal resources, reviewing and refining Branch proposals, and developing needed interpretive guidance to ensure commitments are met and performance continuously improves. You will spend less than 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements. One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position.
